Defining the Brand
Just like human personality, attributes/traits are how we define brands.
Over the course of 3 strategy sessions, we began to put Kip together, piece by piece.

Positioning your brand in your target customer’s mind is of the utmost importance.
In order to do this, we worked with Kip to define a target customer and develop a statement that keeps Kip at the front of their mind when thinking about sleeping bags.

Now that the creative tone was set, it was time for the team to get to work on an identity system that conveys care, trust, and comfort.

The New Face
The original Kip logo was not uncommon in the space they exist in, but does it convey care, trust, and comfort? Maybe the comfort to some of us, but no.
The new logo was designed with structure, curves, and flexibility in mind to accurately portray the brand experience Kip has to offer.

Where it all came together.
Once phase two was locked in, we began working on Kip’s Website. We focused on building a site that was informative, easy to use, and practical.
The core of this e-commerce website was the sleeping bag selector. In just four steps our carefully built algorithm selected and recommended sleeping bags that aptly fit the needs of the user.
